Highly Recommend To All !!
My wife and I have just finished our selling process with Kim and Brent and to say that we are impressed is an understatement. Right from the get go we thought the two were extremely professional and also realistic in what they thought we could achieve at market. We were included in all initial discussions about how the campaign would proceed and Brent genuinely listened to our thoughts and provided reassurance to our concerns.
Brent made early suggestion that he and Kim would be out on the first weekend completing local door knocks and a flyer drop promoting the house. I initially thought that this might have been exaggerated. I was proven wrong. I saw Brent arrive on our street at around lunchtime and he headed out, spreading the word and doing as he had promised. He did not return to his car for at least 2.5 hours which I was absolutely blown away by!
A few days after the campaign began, we received an email from Kim which included the report. This again was fantastic. Not only did the report provide detailed information about buyers interest and comments made, but it was a living document which updated whenever Kim and Brent had made any calls or had received any offers. Absolutely brilliant! I cannot convey how impressive this was and how addictive it was to see the comments and feedback coming in daily!
All in all my wife and I are extremely impressed with Brent and Kim’s professionalism, knowledge and skills in what is currently a very tough market. And better yet, we got a result which we are really happy with. If you are reading this feedback and thinking about selling, I think Southern Star are a fantastic option.

Went Above & Beyond
When I decided to sell the property, I was overseas and relied on a referral to engage Southern Star for the marketing of the property. During my absence, Brent and Kim not only dealt with the tenants still occupying the premises, but they also took care of the house and the section after the tenants had moved out. Brent even went above and beyond, personally mowing the lawns and water blasting concrete and tiling areas himself when no one else was available at short notice. Despite the property being tenanted for 12 years, it was advertised in a pristine state, thanks to their efforts. Brent and Kim followed a clear strategy aimed at selling the property smoothly and quickly, which they achieved to my and the new owner’s complete satisfaction. Throughout the process, communication was excellent and supplemented by an always up-to-date online information system. This invariably led to the successful outcome of what can be a very stressful undertaking at the best of times.

We have bought and sold a lot of homes in our time and Brent is amongst the best agents we have ever dealt with. He was super helpful and managed the process so that anything that required to be done with other builders etc. he managed for me. He was just so good and really helpful. He Just Cares
Brent was referred to me through family as he had sold their home. They said that he took them through a process which included doing a number of things to the property to obtain a premium. He said to them if you do this this and this they would get x amount of dollars. They followed his advice and they did. Brent did the same with me and he exceeded my expectation of price. One thing about Brent is that he genuinely cares about his customers, he's not a shark.

Went The Extra Mile!
I met Brent through a mutual friend. We have since used him to sell a couple of our properties and found him to be extremely straight up and down which we like.
